In this episode of Sid the Science Kid, (Season 1, Episode 37: “Muscle Boy Sid,”) Sid learns that we have muscles all over our bodies. After watching, you might ask your child:

  • Can you show me one of your muscles?

  • Why did Sid’s face hurt after laughing a lot?

  • Did you learn about any muscles you didn’t know you had?

  • Can you think of any muscles you wish you had?

Watch the episode here.
