Cuddle Up and Read

If you have any stories about sea creatures or anything else, invite your child to choose one to read. Or watch this read-aloud of I’m The Biggest Thing in the Ocean by Kevin Sherry. After watching, you might ask your child:

  • Why did the squid whisper when he was near the shark?

  • Was the squid the biggest thing in the ocean?

  • Who was the biggest after all?

  • Can you imagine what the smallest thing in the ocean would be?

Read along to the story here.

Let’s Sing: The Goldfish (Let’s Go Swimming)

Don’t miss this song about some funny little sea creatures who like to joke around. You can even dance (and swim) along with the music!

Sing along here.
