Make it Move Part 3
Welcome back to Make it Move week! Today we’ll end the week by investigating our heartbeats with Sid the Science Kid, moving our body with Teacher Susie, painting with balls, and building some ramps.
Move It! Investigation
We’ve been moving our bodies all week, so now let’s investigate what’s going on inside our bodies with Sid the Science Kid. What happens to your heartbeat as you exercise? How about your breathing? Make your predictions and then click below to download your own Move It! investigation.

Move that Body
Teacher Susie has just the song to get Sid and his friends moving. Join in the fun and move that body!

Ball Painting
The movement in this activity from Teaching 2 and 3-Year-Olds is great for kiddos who love to go, go, go! All you need is a box top, some paint and paper, and a small or medium-sized ball. Then watch how you can use movement to create art!

Ramp it Up
Kids build all sorts of skills by experimenting with ramps: physics concepts, problem solving, engineering principles, and design, just to name a few. Plus, ramp-building is just cool! Check out these suggestions from Teach Preschool on ramp-building materials that are easy to find and fun to use.
